It's a fact: we are what we eat. And no matter how we try to avoid it, more and more teenagers in Thailand are becoming obese through diets of fast food and soda pop, something that was almost unheard of before the arrival of McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFc. But one way of avoiding the possibility ofending up overweight and out of shape, is to become a vegetarian. No more oily skin and hair, horrible looking zits, or decaying teeth. If uth be told, the implications of eating a healthy diet is already a hot topic for a lot of teenagers nowadays. And what better way to eat a healthy diet that is recommended by both dieticians and doctors alike than to become a vegetarian, especially when to do so would go along with eating the kind of low fat, high fiber diet we are meant to be digesting anyway.
