1. To be coordinator with external auditor to follow up the system to be accurate and conform with standard systems as ISO 14001 & OHSAH 18001 , Thai labour standard etc.
2. Coordinate with public training center & improve the training program for update information to conform with the law.
3. To be the trainer for the orientation training for new staffs as CSR&EICC, the environment and safety system (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
4. Chairman Environment Mangement Responsibility, Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
5. Internal Auditor of Environment management System, Occupational Health And Safety And CSR&EICC
6. Coordinate with other concerning systems in the company (Health and Safety)
7. Responsible and conduct the special training support to the management policy and conform with business strategy such as Succession Plan ,Succession Program, Plan & Talent Pool, Talent Management Program , etc
8. Responsible Document control Procedure and job HRA
9. Responsible Training Record of company of all plant report to Labour Craftsman Develop Department
