The Seller" agrees that, after the signing date of this agreement, if any persons contend
ownership of the house of " The Buyers" or derogate any right of the aforementioned property, "The Seller" has the duty to be forthwith released from ownership nuisance or derogation such rights to " The Buyers" If the ownership nuisance or derogation the right causes to " The Buyers" not to be able to take possession of the house or take over such house, " The Buyers" shall be entitled to give written notice to "The Seller" that the agreement is forthwith terminated. In this case, " The Buyers" agrees to demand from "The Seller" full reimbursement of paid money plus payment for damages actually suffered immediately.
