VI. CONCLUSIONA DN FUTURE
This paper proposes a system-architecture for cloudbased HRIMS for higher education institutions. The system
architecture consists of three layers ranged from end-user
service layer, application services layer, and platform
infrastructure layers, respectively. Each layer contains multiple components or modules that play specific functions
to accomplish today’s HR tasks based general requirements.
The proposed cloud-computing based HRIMS aims at reduce
cost and increase HR performance efficiency. The paper
provides an insight into future cHRIMS applications and
technical implementations. The technical details of cHRIMS
will be developed as our next research phase through a series
experiments on the test-bed platform at our university
campus.
