Channel of customer communication for requirement and commitment
- Channel of information from customer to company
- To monitor the purchase order and order entry as customer requirement
- Check and update Customer Order and response to the customer in order to fulfill the customer requirement
- Manage and Coordinate logistic and shipment to customer on time
- Process customer complaints and follow up response
- Updated customers with the lead times and availability of orders
- Familiar with Customs Department & BOI process and Liaison with the Government officer as necessary
- Update and Audit Sale forecast
- Coordinate with Production Planner , Material, Production ( MC ), QA in order to achieve on time delivery to customer
- Coordinate with Marketing Department in order to ensure that all customer order is completed and delivery on time as well as handle customer complaint
- To monitor the shipping document as accuracy
- Liaise with Finance Department for invoices with Credit/Debit Note release
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or Logistics
- 4 years experiences in customer Service or Supply Chain
- Strong customer focus ,Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Problem solving and Service minded
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skill in MS Office, Excel, Word
