Some data on the main offenses recorded in the food area,
during 2007, in the five regions of the continent inspected by the
ASAE are indicated here for information only: 3465 offenses for
lack of HACCP and 162 due to poor implementation of this
system; 1751 offenses for lack of techno-functional and/or
hygiene-sanitary; 292 for lack of certification of gas installations.
