The teachers responsible for academics report to the academic supervisor who is also the dean of the faculty.
This separation of the teachers, theory and practical allows operations to be more flexible in their planning and management faculty to better coordinate activities outside of class; unique pedagogical approaches, research, training, etc. However, both sectors will work together to ensure the overall quality of training.

Nevertheless to define and understand the key positions of the school that need to be filled an outline of the curriculum is given below. There will be two options of degrees that students can choose from. CPF certificates, awarded after successful completion of 1 independent module or a diploma upon completion of all modules. For the sake of simplicity only the diploma option is examined for now as it encompasses all independent modules:
Vocational Diploma in in Hospitality Operations (36 months)
o The student can follow the full programme and obtain a diploma certificate at the end of the 3 years cursus. Industry professionals can follow one module of 6 months and obtain a CPF certificate at the end of the semester.
o The first 2 modules will include some practical weeks and students / professionals will be trained in CPF restaurants in order to use and get good practice of CPF food product.
