RESPONSIBILITES
To be responsible for window display installations, in-store displays and product merchandising of all product categories. May include sourcing of props and will include maintenance of windows and window lighting.
Actively participate with store management team to make the best visual decisions for that store whilst maintaining the corporate visual policies and standards
To be responsible for merchandise used by the display team and to ensure this is accounted for and cared for properly
To organise and conduct in-store training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and visual merchandising standards to store staff each season
Participate in the organisation of special in-store events when necessary.
Identify, supervise and train visual specialists ensuring they have the knowledge and tools required to maintain store standards.
Be budget aware and control various aspects of the display budget for the stores.
Possibility to participate in Store openings.
To travel across the region within reasonable requirements of the business.
