Responsibility:
1. Handle the school purchasing process and documentation.
2. Negotiating with suppliers.
3. Handling administrative tasks as assigned.
Purpose of the job:
• Negotiate with teachers to ensure clear knowledge of what equipment/material is to be brought.
• Stock control and management of consumable resources. Be ordering where & when necessary
Qualifications:
1. Male or Female: age 22 - 25 years
2. Experience(s) 0 - 2 year(s)
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
4. Good computer skill especially MS. Office
5. Strong spoken/written English and Thai (able to work effectively with English native speaker)
5. Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
6. Document and negotiation oriented
7. Flexible and willing to learn new skills
