please ensure to use the soft file in attached to appraise the performance of your team so that it will auto-calculate the total performance scores for you to use and complete in your Dept Worksheet, as per the instruction given above.
Please send your complete “2015 Performance Appraisal Worksheet - Non Manager” with the proposed performance scores and grades of your team which are well aligned the time line below
Action Timeline
- Step 1 : HR send working sheet to Line Manager within 10 Feb 2016
- Step 2 : Performance Rating Proposal by Line Manager and send it to Dept. Manager between 11- 19 Feb 2016
- Step 3 : Overall Performance Ratings Calibration by Dept. Manager and send the proposal to Functional Excom between 23 – 26 Feb 2016
- Step 4 : Performance Rating Calibration of the Function with PA&SA proposal finalized by functional Excom and submit to
Settharat , HR Manager for Consolidation between 29 Feb - 1 Mar 2016
Please note that at this stage, you will not communicate the proposed performance grades to your team as they are subject to be calibrated & finalized as a total Division and total Company first.
Once the performance grades are finalized, your Division Head (ExCom) & HR will let you know the final result.
