The performance management system (PMS) is a critical component in promoting the development of employees
at TTTC.

• Simplifying the Management by Objectives (MBO) method and tools in managing individual achievement results.
• Re-defining core behaviors and leadership behavior for competency assessment.
• Incorporating the steps to set objectives, conduct self-assessment and mid-year review / feedback in the
appraisal process to provide a structure for communication between superior and employee.
