I have some remarks on the validation data:
-Can you indicate the units in the table?
-If we are working with an internal standard we need to work with the relative retention time (RRT) instead of the retention time. Can you correct the table with the values of the RRT?
Please follow up the stability of the standards by injecting 1 standard concentration and see if there is no breakdown of the vitamins in function of the time by comparing the absolute values of the area’s.
