4 Set up template of employment contract for hiring expert
5 Propose contract template to VP-HR for endorsement
6 Summarize and prioratize the disciplines which requires experts to coach team and compare with exiting JDs in order to find out that what disciplines requires a new JD or just review the existing one
7 Propose the List of required disclipines comparing with existing JDs to related VPs for further action
8 Review existing JDs and set up the new JDs as necessary to cover all disciplines which require expert pool
9 List out, from various channels, the name of expert pool whose experience qualifies with JDs

- Name List of Thai Retiree Expert
- Name List of Expat Retiree Expert
- Name List of Expert from Technical Manpower Company i.e. EEE
- Name List of Expert from current recruitment sourcing i.e. LinkedIn
10 Consolidate the name list of all experts from various channels and send back to VPs for acknowledgement
11 Connect with experts in the list to get their acceptance for PTTES Expert Pool
12 Negotiate with experts who accepts for hiring contract
