2. Organization
• The Admin and Office Department operates under the Chief Executive Officer and is managed by an Admin and Office Manager responsible for the statutory books and management reporting, budgetary control and systems maintenance and enhancement. He is assisted by 3 assistants and together the team is responsible day-to-day operation of the department with close and direct involvement of the Chief Executive Officer.
3. Financial Accounting
The financial accounting activity is responsible for the accurate recording of daily
Transactions in a format consistent with statutory and regulatory requirements and ensures that internal procedures and controls are being maintained consistently; it is also, through its cashier function, responsible for the management of cash flow. There are five distinct areas of activity:
