Being responsible in overall HR Sections especially in HRD
Supporting in full spectrum of HR functions e.g. Recruitment and Selection, On-boarding/Off-boarding, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Training, Performance Management System, etc.
Improving and Developing in HR System for being promptly applicable to ASEAN Economics Community (AEC)
Being responsible for updating all staff information into the company database and Ensuring that the information is up to date and accurate
Handling all types of leave administration and time and attendance record
Initiating in new HR tools for supporting the business goal and direction; especially the Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits Functions
Arranging in documentation for foreign workers including the work permit and visa issues
Other tasks and/or projects as assigned by superior and management team
