11. Fee-for-service day rates apply for additional service requests beyond stated # days (e.g. Training, Report Dev, On-Site Cover) or customer-induced delays.
12. Legacy system data migration is not scoped herein and subject to review of data prior to acceptance of migration (i.e customer/guest profiles). Migration charged on time and materials.
13. Minimum 5 Years Contract and 5 years Maintenance SLA is entered into at the time of property live date. With an option to extend for 1 years or more.
14. Unless where shown, suitable hardware is to be provided by the customer according to Xn specifications by the dates specified in the preliminary project plan.
15. All prices for annual maintenance & support, and CAPEX unit prices shown are subject to national annual Inflationary CPI each year.
16. A CPI increase shall be applied each year in the second quarter of each calendar year, applying the national CPI increase from April to March of each year.
17. Further details of terms and conditions, Support Level Agreement and payment details, please refer to the Software and License Agreement and SLA Agreement which shall follow acceptance of this quotation.
