BASIC FUNCTION
The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the General Manager at a hotel. As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, he/she directs and works with Human Resources associates to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resources Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering Human Resources services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Marriott International operating procedures
