Liberty
According to Islam, human being are born free and remain free until death. None has the right to control the freedom of others. Liberty is an inherent right of an individual. It is only during the war soldiers may be capture and the mobility of the soldiers is controlled; but even the soldiers are protected under Islamic law. The prisoners of war must be treated humanly and should be released through the due process of law. Similarly, under normal cirumstances any individual who is arrested for allegedly the violating law he or her should be given the opportunity of due legal process. Islam does not consider any law, which gives power to any government to arrest or detain any person without legal charge before a court of law as legitimate. Also, every individual of their faith or millag, and nobody may be coerced into membership of any millah, incliding the Muslim; and anyone may move from one millah to another if he so chooses. As long as his movement is his own free and solemn decision, it must be honored by all concerned
