Service Description
● Citizens can address their opinions on unfair administrative handling, infringements of their rights and interests, improvement of system and institutions, and various policies through the integrated online channel. ● All administrative organizations are linked to the portal, filing and processing citizen complaints and suggestions, whose results can be checked online by citizens. - Results are notified via email and SMS. ● Duplicated or repeated civil service application procedures are automatically recognized as one, while complex applications involving multiple government departments are processed on a real-time collaboration basis.
