The annual leave for overseas employees is 15 days per year with an overseas package additional 15
days of annual leave excludes other days off taken from work. Local employees receive 15 days of
annual leave and 6 days of public holidays (2 days in Khmer New Year, 2 days in Pchum Ben, 1
day in King’s Birthday, Norodom Sihamoni and 1 day in Water Festival) per year. Plumbing,
cooking, and cleaning staff work 7 days a week but are entitled to 48 days of annual leave and 6
days of public holidays. The employee unused annual leave is able to claim end of the July
(calculated from 1 August – 31 July of the year). The employee must complete the leave request
form and send it to his/her department manager two weeks prior to the requested leave date. After
receiving approval from the manager, the form should then be forwarded to Human Resources.
Note: Any leave over 30 days or above will be considered as being outside of company
employment and leave are included as days off.
