From the literature review, the quality of hotel service using standard types and different concepts. For the study, Guesthouse and hostels that were studied, using standard property for tourism, the guesthouse of the tourism development office, Ministry of tourism and sports, and business management on four hostels is to provide, pricing, marketing, and finance. It found that customers satisfy about Places, Environment and Rooms (Chuthamard Thanomthin, 2009). Additionally, research of Borriraks Rattanawangcharoen (2011) found that users of the service are so important to owners and security. Farzaneh Mola and Jamil Jusoh (2010) study of service quality about hotel in Penang, Malaysia. It also studies on the potential problems in the service quality by using the theory of SERVQUAL. The data were collected from 200 questionnaire respondents. The study found that hotel guest satisfaction in terms of food, hotel interior. Guests also expect in the surroundings around hotel, Professionalism and courtesy of employees.
