Job Description:
Payroll and Expat Support Function: Provide support to supervisor on payroll related matters. The incumbent will have responsibility on maintaining and updating employee data on HRIS and also generating reports with accuracy and timely manner. Other supports on expatriate management are also required.
HR Support Function: Responsible for administrative support in HR functions related Organization Development, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Internal Communication and other tasks assigned.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Payroll and Expat Support Function:
• Provide support to supervisor regarding payroll, tax, provident fund, social security fund or other reports in payroll cycle and provide reconciliation to related parties
• Provide support on updating and maintaining payroll records.
• Provide support updating and maintaining employee data on HRIS
• Generate report from HRIS
• Generate salary certificate and other letter certifications
• Prepare related documents and support expat staff regarding visa, work permit and other related matters
• Filing personnel data in personnel files
• Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor
