Employees are encouraged to discuss their questions or concerns with their supervisor, their local ethics and compliance leader, our legal, human resources, and ethics and compliance teams, or BP’s helpline OpenTalk. We encourage our employees to report any concerns to their supervisor first. However, where such reporting is not appropriate, for example where the concern relates to or involves the supervisor, employees can turn to the other internal or external resources for assistance.
