Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly Marketing Innovation meetings for the Asia Pacific Region (Stage Gate and Regional Innovation Council)
- Work with Asia Pacific country marketing teams and key stakeholders (Gate Keepers) to support the smooth running of the Regional Marketing Innovation process – specifically:
o Compiling and circulating the showfile of Innovation Project documents for Stage Gate
o Monitoring Innovation Project documents to ensure compliance with the Global Innovation protocol
o Preparing Gate Keeper comments template, consolidating feedback received and sharing this with Asia Pacific country marketing teams
- Monitor and undertake analysis into Marketing Innovation tracker to ensure initiatives are on time for launch delivery, highlighting any projects at risk (e.g. behind development / launch schedule)
- Ad hoc Marketing Innovation support as required, e.g. budget management, support Innovation project team meetings by leading development of agendas, taking minutes and sharing to project teams
- Ad hoc Marketing Administration support as required, e.g. consolidate market units Marketing/Innovation calendar into an Asia Pacific Regional Calendar, collect product samples for Innovation product tasting session, coordination of marketing meetings and room bookings …. Etc.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or related fields
- 2-3 years experiencing in marketing function, innovation experience a plus
- Good command in English (writing, reading and speaking)
- Computer literate (MS Office especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task various assignments at once, process-oriented
