Please keep in mind that we are only allowed to raise your limits once per 30 days. The last day we raised your limits was December 22, 2014. What I recommend you do is contact us again about your limits after January 23, 2015. This way we are able to assist you with raising those limits.
To avoid having to take longer to do this, I will go ahead and provide you with those seller limit questions we normally ask. after January 23, 2015, reply to these questions and remember that we can't do it prior to that date. So don't reply with the answers immediately, wait for after January 23, 2015.

What is the average price for the items you’re selling?
How quickly do you ship your items after receiving payment?

Are you using PayPal to receive payments? If no, what method do you plan to use?
Do you have any other eBay accounts?
