Hydrophilic (HAA) and lipophilic (LAA) antioxidant activities arepresented in Tables 5 and 6, respectively. The antioxidant activitiesobtained by ORAC and TEAC are however of different magnitudes.Throughout the experiment, the HAA of the ORAC showed values between 122.22 and 197.96 mol TE 100 g−1FW while that of the TEAC was found to be much lower ranging from 25.54 to 42.74 molTE 100 g−1FW. For LAA, the ORAC and TEAC ranged from 6.11 to 8.63 and from 12.54 to 15.66 mol TE 100 g−1FW, respectively.
