Teacher Feedback
When using the participatory action research approach
to curriculum development (26), all steps in the lesson plan
are designed by the teachers and researchers working together
in regular meetings. The meetings always include opportunities
for feedback on the experiences that have been made.
Minutes are taken and the discussions are partially videotaped.
In the meeting after the lesson took place, all of the teachers
stated that the test results were higher after these lesson than
they had generally experienced using conventional methods
