3.5. The effect of O/C ratio
Fig. 9 shows the distributions of the mean reaction rates of MC,
SR, and DR versus O/C ratio at CO2/O2 = 0, 1, and 2 where the
Reynolds number of the feed gas excluding CO2 is fixed at 100. The
mean reaction rate of MC grows when the O/C ratio rises (Fig. 9a)
and it is independent of CO2 addition in CPOM. The profiles of the
mean reaction rates of SR and DR are featured by the maximum
