As per your email yesterday which you sent to our Accounting Department concerning with Peppercan cancellation, we are really sorry to hear that as we have been doing a business and have a good relationship for a long time. If you have any suggestion or inconvenience for using, please kindly provide us a reason for our further improvement.
However, I wrote this email in order to inform you that the contract cancellation should be at least 3-months noticed (as the attached sign quotation). Therefore, Invoice No.#3-1511-358 for 4,815.00 baht will be our last invoice as it had been already charged for 3-months. Furthermore, please kindly inform us as well whether you wish to get your data back on the CD.
