LESSEE shall not use the PREMISES for other purposes or carry on other kinds of industrial business without prior consent in writing of the LESSOR.
LESSOR may rightfully enter into this AGREEMENT. LESSOR shall protect, defend, and indemnify LESSEE against any interference with LESSEE's use and quiet enjoyment of the PREMISES.
2) The LESSEE agrees to pay monthly rental of the above-mentioned unit of Baht 403,200.- (Baht Four Hundred Thousand and Three Thousand Two Hundred Only).
3) The rental charges in (Clause 2) will not include the cost of electricity, water supply, other utilities charges, and common area expenses.
4) The term of this LEASE AGREEMENT shall be for a period of 8 year(s) and Commencing from September 01st 2015 and ending on September 01st 2023 LESSOR shall deliver the PREMISES by the beginning of the term of this AGREEMENT.
