The terms and conditions shall be as below:
• Handover date : 1 March 2016
• Lease and rent commencement date : 1 April 2016
• No. of fitting out period : 1 month during 1-31 March 2016
• Handover condition : As-is (with AWD’s current decoration)
• Rental : THB 830/sq.m./month
• Lease term : 3 years
• Reinstate : TTET must reinstate the unit into building’s standard handover condition upon expiry or termination.
• Other terms and conditions : same as TTET’s current lease.
With this lease conditions, as agreed that AWD will continue to pay rent until end of March 2016, then TTET will continue to pay the rent for the rest of the term. 3 Security deposit that AWD has with landlord shall be forfeited.

• For AWD, what will be the next step if TTET can accept the terms and conditions and sign the offer letter? What kind of documentation it’s needed to record the space surrender?
• What would be the expected turnaround time for the offer letter for TTET?
