Teamine’s texture is not exceptional; it is creamy and easily absorbed, but so are most moderately high-end eye creams. It has a pleasant, very subtle scent. According to the company literature, it “conditions and treats the eyes in four ways, reducing dark circles and puffiness, firming and tightening sagging, loose skin and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles.” It spreads easily, so a tiny bit goes a long way.
After using it for a couple of months, my lids are noticeably smoother and firmer. They aren’t lifted – only a knife could do that – but they look more awake and less tired. When I don't get enough sleep, my eyes don’t look as puffy or tired as they would have before I started using Teamine. People used to look at me with pity when I was tired; now they don’t seem to notice. In this regard, Teamine has worked for me more effectively than YBF Correct ($150 in the shop). On the other hand, the shadows under the inner corners of my eyes haven’t changed at all – they are still as purplish and dark as before. But like I said earlier, they are easily covered with concealer so I don’t worry about them.
