Key Priorities are broken down into focused Drivers and respective activities and milestones up to 3 years
Measures, baselines, annual and first year quarterly targets are defined
Resources and capability, required to support the execution of the activities, are considered within the OMP
There is an OMP communication strategy in place
When needed, OMP’s at other levels have been developed and aligned (Management, Middle Management and Team level)
Employees can explain the OMP Key Priorities and are able to describe how they contribute to them
