coating containing organic acids plus citrus extract was the
most efficient formulation for increasing the sensitization
of E. coli by 2.40 times as compared to the control without
the antimicrobial coating. The coating containing organic
acid plus lactic acid bacteria metabolites was the most
effective formulation for increasing the sensitization (by
2.4 times) of S. typhimurium to c- irradiation. The antimicrobial
coatings were able to increase the sensitivity of
L. monocytogenes (from 1.31 to 1.45 times) to c-irradiation
