Why am I not receiving my Confirmation e-mail and what should I do?
If you received an onscreen confirmation including a Transaction Serial Number but no e-mail confirmation, there may be a temporary delay in the communication between e-mail servers. If you never receive e-mail confirmations, there may be an error in the e-mail address you gave us. (See change of address below)
Also from time to time, some e-mail services are unable to deliver all of the mail they receive. However, this is not a problem. You can always retrieve the TSN for any game played in the last thirty (30) days in the "See the Results" section on our website. This is important because you will need your TSN to claim any prizes you win.
If you did not receive an onscreen confirmation after placing your Freebet®:
a. Make sure your Freebet® gets registered. You must click on one of the advertiser's banners or answer the question to the right of the gameboard in order to register your Freebet. Look at the top of the page. Wait for the clock to stop turning. Your TSN will appear. Play the next game. Do you see the number of games left to play decreasing? It tells you, after your first Freebet of the day, that you are 2 games away from playing FreeLotto® SuperBucks then 1, etc.
b. Sometimes an advertiser's page covers the entire screen and obscures our confirmation information. If that happens, put your cursor at the top of the advertiser's page and drag the top of it a little lower to reveal a turning clock. Wait for the clock to stop. A confirmation # will appear as well as a Click2Win® button. Click to proceed to the next game.
