as new and potentially new labor markets are
continuously incorporated and exploited
it also explains why borders and the movement of ordinary
workers remains limited: borders and worker immobility
ensure the continued division and disunity of workers visà-
vis capital, which ensure that the power of capital
cannot be effectively challenged (control of the
superstructure also contributes to this)
