I can hear the difference between the left and the right when heard individually. Is it normal to have a slight headache, or to feel a little nauseous whilst listening to binural beats?

This isn't 5Hz sound frequency, this is a 5Hz beat frequency. 5Hz isn't the frequency of the individual sound waves, it's the difference in sound waves sampled by your left and right hemispheres.

you are not getting 5hz tones through your headphones with binaural beats sound files such as this. You will get say 100hz in one ear and 95hz in the other ear. When your brain tries to perceive both tones at once it results in a 'difference' effect in the brain and it is this difference that happens at 5hz - and it has an action on waves in your brain making them adhere more easily to a state around 5hz

Can I Hear frequency bellow 20Hz (like this for example) with my headphones which has usually 20Hz-20kHz? Very small amount of headphones can play true 5Hz frequency.
