The company may from time to time establish various programs, which may provide you with benefits, which are non-contractual. Such programs may be amended/suspended or discontinued at the company’s absolute discretion.
This employment agreement is subject to the Labor Code of the Kingdom of Thailand, whereas the Labor Code will be binding in case of dispute.
In addition to the above terms and conditions of employment and those stated in Appendix, you are required to observe the rules and regulations as laid down by the company. If the above terms are acceptable to you, please sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter as confirmation of your understanding and acceptance of employment.
