This project is intended to create circuit control DC Solar Pump. Using a microcontroller dsPIC30f2010 control Buck Converter circuit because the Buck Converter circuit can step down output voltage and step up output current. It is helps in start motor, the pump can operate while the low light and can fine maximum power point tracking of solar cell. By circuit design that can accept input voltage less than 40 volts, input current less than 10 amperes and use a rated pump 250 Watts. From the experimental results concluded that the circuit can fine maximum power point tracking of solar cell throughout the day. Experimental operation of pumps connected directly with a solar panel does not work. But if continue through Buck Converter circuit a pump can work, by can pumping approximately 10,000 liters and water can be pumped about 8 hours per day and efficiency 86 percent cycle.
