CT Brain: plain study 
History: To Ro Progressive communicating hydrocephalus. Findings 
-Generalized brain atrophy, moderately advanced for age. 
SP right frontotemporo-parietal cranioplasty. paristal A large right parietal subgaleal abscess (2.20m in maximum thickness) and a large right fronto epidural abscess (2.5om in maximum thickness) are noted. These cause pressure effect to subiacent cortical surface and mild pressure effect to right lateral ventricle. No significant contralateral shift of midline is noted. 
-En change areas at right frontal and posterior rigt tomporal lobes. -
Posterior fossa is unremarkable. -
visualized orbits, PNSs and mastoid air cells are normal. 09/11/2016 13:44:07
