Objectives of Internship:
1. To create an opportunity for student to learn from hands- on experience in order that they can realize if they lack any skills crucial to their career;
2. To allow students to develop their knowledge and skill in restaurant business in order that they will be well- prepared for their future career;
3. To allow students to have a better point of view on various business and industries relating to restaurant business degree program; and
4. To prepare students to have ability to work with others such as colleagues and supervisors, and personalities that meet the requirements of restaurant business’s human resource demand.
