Johnson et al. (2004) identified theme, employee uniforms,and noise levels as positive factors influencing guests’ satisfactionwith a gaming environment. Lio and Rody (2009) and Lam et al.(2011) confirmed that servicescape (including ambience, naviga-tion, seating comfort, interior décor, and cleanliness) are majorattributes that affect gaming customer satisfaction. Given that theterm ‘integrated resort’ is often seen as a euphemism for a casino,then customer satisfaction with casino services may influence inte-grated satisfaction with an integrated resort.
