Instructions
Access the Global Monitoring System, select the "My Compliance - Start Here" yellow tab and review required modules. An (R) will indicate that the module has been properly reviewed. Note that you must open the Code of Conduct in a separate window by clicking on the hyperlink below. Once the Code of Conduct has been opened, the “affirmation” button will be activated. A validation page will display exceptions for any items requiring attention, after which you select “Click here to continue signing.” Your confirmation is not complete until you select “Sign Now.”
To verify that your confirmation was successfully submitted, select “Prior Year Confirmations” under the “My Compliance – Start Here” tab, and verify a date is displayed in the signed date column. Additionally, the “What’s Due from You” message will be removed from the EY homepage the following business day.
Refer to “Matters to be Reported” under your “My Compliance - Start Here” tab for reporting non-compliance with any of the policies and procedures.
You will receive periodic system-generated reminder emails until your electronic signature has registered.
