Q - I can't place a call when I'm using 3G
("There seems to be a problem connecting to Viber's service. Please check your connection and try again." dialog is shown).
Solution 1 - Check your network connections. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet over 3G:
Go to "Manage Connections" and make sure that "Mobile Network" is selected and connected.
Make sure you Wi-Fi is turned off.
Test your internet connection (e.g. open a web page).
If your 3G connection is not working, please follow these steps.
Solution 2 - Check your carrier's APN settings.
Please make sure your cellular data APN settings were set correctly on your BlackBerry device.
The APN settings should be provided by your carrier.
In order to the check your APN settings, please go through the following instructions:
On OS 7 -
Go to "Options" -> "Device" -> "Advanced System Settings" -> "TCP IP".
Enter your carrier's APN settings.
Save changes.
On OS 5 -
Go to "Options" -> "Advanced Options" - > "TCP IP".
Enter your carrier's APN settings.
Save changes.
