The £750 agreed with James is the static monthly fee. This does not change and is invoiced every three months.
The amount mentioned below (£400) is the quarterly expenses agreed. Full receipts will be sent for this. This is for travel, hotels, meals etc when visiting clients on your behalf. Any further questions please do let me know.
The next invoice will be sent at the end of September for expenses for July to September and fees from October to December.
