Terms that refer to the process of attracting and choosing candidates for employment. The personnel department of a lager business will often have detailed recruitment and selection policies that need to be followed by those responsible for hiring new employees.
4. Responsibilities
All Managers responsible for checking their manpower and sending request to Finance and Administration Controller, and evaluate probation.
Administration responsible for sending the forms, filling data, coordinating with head hunter, announcing recruitment, arranging an interview, being first stage interviewer, keeping record, and announce the internal recruitment.
Supervisor responsible for being in first stage interviewer, and report to the department manager.
Finance and Administration Controller responsible for issuing the probation letter after receiving the evaluation form from the manager department.
