Steps in doing pilot study:
Pilot testing refers to a research that is done on small population (Scale) to detect weakness in research methodology and the data collection instrument (questionnaire) .
Steps in doing pilot study:
• Find 20 people from sample size
• Ask 20 people to fill out your questionnaire
• Then transfer data into SPSS to measure reliability
