Succession Planning Programme – looking at which staff members are on this programme and on the grooming stage to a higher position. By taking this factor into consideration, the HR/Training at property level will become aware of what leadership training courses should be planned (e.g. Successful Transition to Supervisor Course, Successful Transition to Manager Course, Professional Presentation Course, Train the Trainer Course, etc.)

Staff Turnover – HR/Training may also look at the rate of staff turnover and offer the Training Programme on the category of “Wellness Programme” and “Staff Engagement Programme” which can be counted towards the Training Points. Wellness and Staff Engagement Activities are considered one of the mechanism to create a Happy Workplace and then one way to maintain staff morale.
Employee Performance Assessment – The points for improvement are usually elborated in their performance assessment, and from the viewpoint of their superiors.
