1. Prepare recruitment activities, social security fund, welfare, insurance
2. Prepare Time attendance, Overtime for preparing Salary
3. To provide advisory support to employee on the benefits eligibility and procedures.
4. Follow up and verify employee's document update employee database
5. Prepare ISO document to follow ISO regulation (Document Control)
6. Attend in all activities held by Company
7. To follow the Company regulation
8. Perform other job assigned by the head chief.
9. Responsibility for all general service administrative function
10. Reporting work process, effectiveness to head chief
