Relationship between organizational culture and workplace

To determine the relationship between the different organizational
culture types and workplace bullying, we included all significant
variables in the univariate analyses (i.e., monthly salary,
hospital type, and work unit) as covariates. There was no problem
of multicollinearity for the regression model because the variance
inflation factors of all independent variables including organizational
culture were between 1.18 and 3.27, while the tolerance
